Chicago Man Faces Severe Charges in Fatal Accident

P.L. was driving a 2006 sedan in the early morning hours when the fatal crash happened. The 24-year-old man had a total of seven passengers in his car, several of which were not wearing seatbelts and some were sitting on the laps of other passengers. According to Illinois State Police accident reports, P.L. hit two cars while traveling northbound on a Chicago area freeway.
