Man Sentenced to 15 Years

A Jacksonville, Florida man has been sentenced to a maximum of 15 years in prison on DUI manslaughter charges. Kris Caudilla reportedly pleaded guilty to one count of DUI manslaughter. The accident occurred when Caudilla drove head-on into another car. His blood alcohol level was measured at .158 percent. Prosecutors will not pursue a count of vehicular homicide.
