School Official Sentenced for DUI

A Rockford, Illinois school official has been sentenced for DUI. Mark Bonne, who is the chief communications officer for the school district, pleaded guilty to the driving under the influence charge. Now, he will face 12 months of conditional discharge, will pay a $2,000 fine and attend a victim impact panel. He was originally arrested for DUI as he was speeding and driving carelessly.
