Fire Captain Pleads Guilty to DUI

A Long Beach, California fire captain has reportedly pleaded guilty to DUI in regard to hitting a cyclist. According to reports, the man pleaded to one felony count each of DUI, causing bodily injury, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more, hit and run with injury and more. Now, he will reportedly have to serve 90 days in prison which could lead to more after a test is conducted to determine his suitability for state prison. He faces up to eight years.
