Vice Mayor Cited for DUI

The San Carlos Vice Mayor in California has reportedly been cited on suspicion of driving under the influence. According to reports, he had pulled his car over for a phone call. Then, an officer approached the car thinking the car had broken down. The officer then noticed that the vice mayor may have been intoxicated.
