Man Arrested for DUI with Kids in Trunk

A man in the Arizona area has reportedly been arrested for DUI and was found with three kids in his trunk. Seven children in total were reportedly in the vehicle. Roberto Soto was originally pulled over after he was involved in a road rage incident. He reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .16 percent and admitted to drinking beer that day. Soto has now been arrested on charges of aggravated DUI and seven counts of child endangerment.
