Four Cities in California Rank High for DUI Convictions in the U.S.

According to Insurance.com, a Foster City based company, California has four of the top 10 cities in America for having the most driving under the influence convictions.

At the top of the list is San Diego followed all too closely by San Jose, Los Angeles and San Francisco, which ranked eighth on the list of cities.

Insurance.com said that data came from analyzing information provided by people who were applying for new car insurance policies.
