A Staunton, Illinois man has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence after he allegedly drove and ran into the rear of another vehicle. Robert Hoffman then denied being the driver of the vehicle when officers arrived. In Hoffman's vehicle, officers found open alcohol containers.
