Alderman Facing DUI Charges

A Southaven, Mississippi alderman is now facing DUI charges after being pulled over by deputies for failing to use a turn signal. Ricky Jobes has now been charged with DUI, refusal to submit to a breath test, careless driving and failure to use turn signals. Jobes' license was seized when he refused a blood-alcohol test.
