Firefighter Charged with Vehicular Manslaughter

A firefighter in California has been officially charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI in an accident that killed a woman and injured her daughter. The firefighters sentencing was being charged with five counts including
manslaughter with gross negligence and two counts each of DUI with a blood alcohol over .08 and causing injury to both the woman and her daughter.
