Woman Cited in DUI with Pedestrians

A woman from Gainesville, Florida is facing a DUI matter in which she hit three pedestrians. According to reports, Willandra Manuel was traveling in the curb lane through an intersection and hit two women and a man. The injuries that the pedestrians sustained were not life-threatening.
