Felony Gun Charge - Case Dismissed

Felon in possession of a gun under Tennessee Law faced another Felony charge - Without question, the case was being prepared to be sent to the U.S. Attorney's Office where the Defendant would be facing either a 5 or 10 year Felony Sentence - The Preliminary Hearing thoroughly confused the witnesses, who both mis-identified the Defendant and compelled the Court to dismiss the case - The big news was that the witnesses testified on the record and destroyed any likelyhood of the case being sent to Federal Court.
