Man Charged with His Ninth DUI

A Billings, Montana man has reported been charged with his ninth DUI with convictions spanning 37 years and crossing four states. According to reports, the 60-year-old man was arrested following a traffic accident in which he struck a motorcyclist. It is reported that he was allowed to remain free after posting a $20,000 bond but was ordered to wear an electronic alcohol monitoring device. The alleged drunk driver refused a breathalyzer but was issued a search warrant to allow authorities to draw a blood sample. The
DUI case is currently pending. The 42-year-old motorcyclist suffered no injuries.
