In the state of Florida, two grandparents got into trouble with the law and were arrested after police caught them pulling their 7-year-old granddaughter in a toy car with their vehicle. The defendants, B.B. and P.B., were both placed under arrest over the weekend after a deputy saw the girl being towed in a small, plastic hot wheel car on a public road. They were driving at 10 MPH when the deputy spotted them and the toy car was attached to the vehicle with two dog leashes.
The grandfather, 49-year-old P.B., was driving the truck and the officer said his eyes were blood shot and he smelled of alcohol. When he gave his driver's license to the policeman, it was revealed that his license had been revoked ten years ago after he was convicted for DUI. P.B. claimed he had two or three drinks. The grandmother, 47-year-old B.B., was riding in the back of the truck at the time of the incident. The officer said that she was intoxicated and admitting to having had a few drinks.
