One man is being charged not only for driving under the influence but causing a fatal car accident last week. He could be facing felony charges for the head-on collision that took the life of an older man. According to the police report, 45-year-old E.G. was driving west when he lost control of his vehicle. He drove across the center median into eastbound traffic; he struck a vehicle head-on, killing the driver and injuring the passenger. By the time that police arrived on the scene, G.H., 53, had been pronounced dead.
His passenger was brought to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Although police have yet to charge the drunk driver, he is likely to face felony charges for causing the fatal accident. Have you recently caused a DUI accident? If so, now is the right time to get a
