Amanda Bynes Arrested for Drunk Driving

Another young actress has gotten into trouble with the law. Amanda Bynes was arrested last week in California on suspicion of driving under the influence. To make matters worse, she clipped the back of a police cruiser while attempting to pass it on the roadway. Bynes, best known for her roles on Nickelodeon and "What a Girl Wants," was taken into custody around 3 a.m. and brought to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Office. She was released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. One media website has footage of the young star leaving a club on St. Patrick's Day looking extremely tipsy. Someone even cautioned the valet against letting her drive but the man ignored the advice.
