One man seriously needs to attend alcohol abuse counseling after being arrested twice for DUI in the same day.
According to police in Bucks County, a 22-year-old man was arrested early on in the day for driving under the influence. Just shortly after he was released from jail on bail, he became intoxicated once again. This time, however, he struck a 49-year-old man riding his bicycle. The man lost his life and the suspect was taken into custody once again.
At this time, he is being held on $475,000 bail. It is uncertain whether he has legal representation.
