Fire Captain Facing DUI

In the Tampa, Florida area, the fire rescue captain is reportedly facing the charge of driving under the influence. According to reports, Charles Francis Eliason was arrested as his vehicle was seen driving 22 mph over the speed limit. He was also reportedly weaving in between lanes.
