Woman Arrested for Fourth DUI

A woman in the Harrington, Delaware area has reportedly been arrested for a fourth driving under the influence offense. According to reports, she was stopped by a police officer for not having a tag light. The officer then noticed the smell of alcohol coming from the vehicle.
