Man Tasered after DUI Stop

When a man jumped out of his vehicle in an attempt to evade a DUI arrest, he was promptly

tasered by police who were on the scene. Michael McNair, 21, was pulled over on Friday morning in west suburban Montgomery and arrested for felony aggravated resisting arrest after a traffic stop and driving under the influence.

This all happened in the 400 block of Montgomery Road when officers witnessed McNair speeding and attempted to pull him over. McNair was observed jumping out of the vehicle, which was still moving, at running away. When he turned to confront an officer who was trying to stop him, the officer took the opportunity to taser him.
