Man Sentenced to 10 Months of DUI

A man in the Leavenworth, Kansas area has reportedly been sentenced to 10 months in jail as he just received his 11th DUI. When Edsel C. Hess was sentenced, only nine of the convictions were taken into consideration as two of them took place in Missouri and were handled at the municipal court level.
