Man Accused of DUI with Children in Car

A man in the Billings, Montana area has reportedly been accused of driving under the influence while he had four children in his vehicle. Richard Allen Bixby has reportedly pleaded not guilty to six counts of felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor counts of DUI, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
