54 Year Old Arrested for Causing DUI Accident

While drinking and driving is never a good idea, one man should consider himself lucky that he did not involve any other drivers in his DUI accident last weekend.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the 54-year-old male suspect was driving on Highway 101 when he lost control of his car around 9 AM.  The vehicle drove off the roadway and down an embankment, rolling several times before stopping. The man reportedly suffered just minor injuries as a result, but he was flown to a hospital after being transported to higher grounds by members of the local fire department.
