Assistant NFL Coach Arrested for DUI

The assistant coach of a NFL team was arrested last week on suspicion of DUI.

When officers spotted his car driving around midnight with its lights off, they pulled him over. Police reports show that the coach was slurring his words, smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He refused to take a field sobriety test or a Breathalyzer test. This resulted in his car being impounded and the coach being held on $500 bail.

The assistant coach is well-known for driving the head coach to events; luckily he was not in the car at the time of arrest. He joins two other members of the NFL team's staff that have recently been arrested.
