The Delaware State Police have arrested a man on charges of DUI and drug possession after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident. Gary Joseph Young was reportedly under the influence of Xanax, Percocet and Vicodin. Young did admit to taking about ten pills prior to operating his vehicle.
