Dad Charged with 8th DUI

A man has pleaded not guilty to driving his two children to a convenience store while intoxicated. This is the man's 8th DUI charge. Eric Dean Peterson denied a felony DUI charge and two counts of felony criminal endangerment. Authorities were notified of a drunk driver when someone smelled the odor of alcohol on him when he went to the convenience store. Police report that his blood alcohol level was .28 percent.
