An unlicensed bus driver is being charged with driving while intoxicated after causing an accident while carrying middle school children on the bus. Ronald L. Williams was driving the bus when he drove off the left side and hit a ditch. Reportedly, he fell asleep while driving. Police found his blood alcohol level to be at .103 percent. Some of the passengers suffered minor injuries but were treated at the scene of the accident.
