A police officer who was accused of DUI in Gilbert, Arizona is now seeking $500,000 in damages from the town as he claims that police there used excessive force in firing a Taser to incapacitate him before the arrest. According to reports, Seth Samuel Castillo was found "slumped over" behind the wheel and blocking an intersection.
