Man Sentenced after Sixth DUI Offense

A man who was arrested for his sixth DUI has been sentenced to thirteen months in the department of corrections. Burton Fisher Jr. will also have to take part in an alcohol treatment program and be on probation for three years. He was reportedly arrested after his truck crossed the center line near an intersection. His blood alcohol level was reportedly at .232 percent.
