A deputy in the Volusia County, Florida area has reportedly been charged with DUI after an arrest. Scott M. Flesch reportedly left Crooks Den bar and then drove his truck through two red lights and he sped and then slammed into a curb. He reportedly then refused a field sobriety test when officers arrived. He supposedly smelled of alcohol. This is Flesch's first DUI charge.
