In Florida, a man is facing four manslaughter charges after causing a DUI accident that killed a father and his three sons in Orange County.
According to police, Demetrius Jordan had been speeding when he ran a red light this past week. He then struck Elroy McConnell's (51) car. At the time of the collision, McConnell's three sons were riding as passengers in his vehicle. When police arrived at the scene of the crash, they pronounced all four dead.
Both Jordan and his passenger had to be rushed to Bayfront Hospital and were treated for serious injuries. Police say that Jordan will be charged with four counts of driving under the influence, manslaughter and one count of causing serious bodily injury while under the influence of alcohol.
