28 Year Old California Woman Dies in DUI Crash

In Carmichael, California, a 28 year old woman died fatally after being involved in a
DUI accident. According to area law enforcement, the woman's car had split in two pieces after she struck a pole and collided with a wall. After surveying the scene, police believe that the accident involved
drug and/or alcohol consumption.
The accident took place last night near Whitney Boulevard and Becerra Way. Police report that the deceased victim lost control of her black Acura, which led to the vehicle spinning and crashing into the pole. They report that the traumatic impact resulted in the car splitting in half and then slamming into a cinder block wall.
Police also disclosed that the victim was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident and that she had been driving on a suspended license, which is a serious criminal offense in the state of California.
