CHP Still Investigating DUI Accident

Troopers with the California Highway Patrol are still investigating a DUI accident that occurred late Sunday evening.
According to police reports, 44-year-old Lewis A. Dunigan Jr. was riding his 2009 Harley Davidson on Auberry Road when he lost control of the vehicle. It hit the asphalt and spun out, causing minor injuries to Dunigan.
After he was treated for his injuries at the Community Regional Medical Center, Dunigan was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
